  1. Residents of which countries can submit the Money Back form?
    Money back offer is available to residents of the UAE, Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and must be over 18+ years of age
  2. I bought Whiskas food a year ago. Do I qualify for Money back offer?
    Product needs to be purchased between 20/03/2021 and 06/06/2021 in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.
  3. When can I submit the form?
    Claims must be received within the period of 20/03/2021 and 06/06/2021 in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.
  4. Can I submit multiple forms?
    Maximum one claim (for one qualifying WHISKAS® product, detailed below) per household is allowed.
  5. Is there a minimum or maximum amount I should spend?
    Minimum purchase of the value of 9 AED / SAR per item (or equivalent value in local currency) to be eligible for refund and 50 AED / SAR (or equivalent) as maximum value for refund.
  6. Which documents do I need?
    You will need the actual till receipt, picture of bar code, production and expiry dates on the packaging and your valid photo ID or Passport to receive the refund.
  7. Can I apply for a refund on any Whiskas product?
    The Money Back Guarantee is valid only for the following products:

  8. Where do I need to go to claim the money?
    Once the claim has been verified eligible for refund then the consumer will be contacted by the members of our team to make the arrangements for the payment. Consumers in the KSA-Jeddah must contact BrandBuzz on 0562167997 to collect their refund amount in Salama District Before Ahli Bank at Sari Street (office timings from 9am to 5pm, Sunday to Thursday).
    Consumers in other cities in KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar & Bahrain markets will receive their refund amount (in local currency) through money transfer, and must present a valid photo ID or Passport to receive the refund.

  11. Do I need to bring the Whiskas food packaging with me to receive the refund?
    You will need the actual till receipt, picture of bar code, production and expiry dates on the packaging and your valid photo ID or Passport to receive the refund.
  12. Can I still get a refund if I am missing one document?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to process your refund if you are not able to provide all of the required documents.

  7. Once the claim has been verified eligible for refund then the consumer will be contacted by the members of our team to make the arrangements for the payment.   8. Consumers in other cities in KSA,UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar & Bahrain markets will receive their refund amount (in local currency) through money transfer, and must present a valid photo ID or Passport to receive the refund.
  9. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with the application instructions will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued directly to the registered customer who purchased the product, who has to claim the refund in person, and provide all the documents required.
